Volume 20.4: Summer 2019
Singapore Mediation Convention Reference Book
This issue of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution is dedicated to the Singapore Mediation Convention and its global impact on the enforceability of cross-border mediated settlement agreements. Centered around the March 18, 2019 Jed D. Melnick Symposium, co-hosted by the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, the publication explores the Convention’s development, significance, and anticipated implementation. Through contributions from legal scholars, practitioners, and representatives from UNCITRAL and the U.S. Delegation, this issue highlights the multi-party process that shaped the Convention and its role in advancing international dispute resolution through mediation.
