About LARC
The mission of LARC, the Scholarly Repository and Institutional Archives, named for the Lillian & Rebecca Chutick Law Library, is to create a digital space to reflect the vibrant intellectual and cultural community of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
LARC aims to:
- Make the scholarly life of the Law School accessible and discoverable to all
- Preserve and highlight the life and culture of the Law School
- Support the efforts of the Law School's scholars and departments to advance their missions and goals
As LARC continues to add content, it will provide a digital representation of the Law School's world-class legal education that encourages and supports creative thinking and effective action in all fields of law.
As of May 2020 LARC adopted a controlled vocabulary and guidelines for updating and maintaining its controlled vocabulary.
