Description
This event brings together activists, scholars, and legal practitioners to examine the movements for police reform and abolition. Panelists will explore the range of perspectives within these movements, discuss what meaningful change might look like—whether through reform or full abolition—and consider how these approaches could improve access to justice and reduce racial bias. The discussion will be moderated by Kathryn Miller, with a keynote address by Marbre Stahly-Butts, and panel contributions from Mecole Jordan-McBride, Kate Levine, Benjamin B. Tucker, and Kumar Rao.
