2020 Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights & Social Justice Symposium

The panel will include insight from activists, academics, and lawyers on the police reform and abolition movements. Panelists will discuss the different perspectives within the movements and explain what must occur to meet those goals, whether it be complete abolition or reform. Panelists will also focus on how these approaches will impact access to justice and diminish racial bias.
