The Cardozo Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice (ERSJ) publishes three issues each year and features articles and student notes addressing a wide range of topics related to equality, civil rights, and social justice. Established in 1993 as the Cardozo Women’s Law Journal and later known as the Cardozo Journal of Law & Gender, the journal has evolved alongside the expanding landscape of equality-focused legal scholarship. ERSJ is committed to advancing interdisciplinary research and exploring legal issues related to gender, race, diversity, human rights, immigration, family law, criminal law, and employment law.
