Description

Cunningham, a nationally recognized expert in partnership tax law, is a California native who attended U.C. Davis and Hastings College of Law. After earning her J.D., she practiced at Janin, Morgan & Brenner in San Francisco, with a focus on tax and estate planning. She moved to New York in 1987 and earned her LL.M. from NYU School of Law.
