Description
Traditional approaches to examining judicial rhetoric are increasingly inadequate to address the complexities of modern legal issues that intertwine with cultural, psychological, and technological factors. Law’s communication is evolving from written statutes to a more fluid, image-based interaction. This transformation requires a reevaluation of how legal ideas are conveyed and understood. This article explores the dynamic intersection of legal studies and critical theory and emphasises the need for a multidisciplinary approach to understanding contemporary law. A rhetorical analysis must go beyond the letter to include visual and performative elements that reflect the influence of media and technology on legal practice.
