A magna cum laude graduate of Cardozo and former Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo Law Review, Kidd has built a distinguished career at the highest levels of government and private practice. Today, as a partner at Sher Tremonte LLP, he continues to guide clients through high-stakes investigations, compliance challenges, and corporate crises while helping shape the future of white-collar enforcement and financial regulation.
