Disability-Based Peremptory Challenge: Need for Elimination
Abstract
The article critiques the use of disability-based peremptory challenges in legal proceedings and argues for their elimination. It contends that such challenges perpetuate discrimination against individuals with disabilities and undermine the principles of equal protection and impartial justice. The analysis emphasizes the need for legal reforms to address this issue and ensure fair representation in the judicial system.
