Cardozo Law Review
Abstract
This issue of the Cardozo Law Review (Vol. 15, No. 3, December 1993) explores a range of topics in American jurisprudence, including the interplay between faith and reason within the process tradition (Duxbury), an analytical perspective on legal subjectivity and its implications (Caudill), and recent developments in trading claims, focusing on participations and disputed claims (Fortgang & Mayer). Additionally, the issue features a review of Peninah Petruck’s edited volume on Judge Charles Edward Clark, providing historical insights into his judicial philosophy (Hoffer). The notes section covers critical examinations of judicial disqualification standards under 28 U.S.C. § 455(a) (Safer) and the complexities of legal axioms in jurisprudence (Haskell).
