Abstract

We dedicate this issue of the Cardozo Law Review to Jacob Bums, a benefactor whose love for the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law was without limit. Although he will be honored for his tangible contributions, he will be revered for his indomitable spirit which, like gentle rain, touched and refreshed us all.
