  • Professor Michael Pollack authored an op-ed in the New York Daily News on the future of New York City’s sidewalk dining program and spoke to The New York Times about congestion pricing being upheld in court.

  • Professor Tyson-Lord Gray wrote an op-ed in The Hill examining legal challenges to new SNAP food restrictions and the limits of executive authority.

  • Professor Gabor Rona published a letter to the editor in The New York Times addressing the legality of U.S. attacks on Venezuela and Iran under international law.

  • Professor Sam Weinstein was quoted in Axios discussing regulatory hurdles surrounding Paramount’s proposed acquisition of Warner Bros.
