Diamond Anniversary: 75 Years of the Lanham Act, is a discussion and celebration of the Lanham Act on its seventy-fifth anniversary.

The symposium consists of two moderated panels, both commenting on the evolution of the Lanham Act in specific areas. Professor Jessica Litman will begin the event with a keynote address on her upcoming piece discussing the life and work of Edward Sidney Rogers, the author of the Lanham Act.
