Abstract
The very popular video game, “Madden NFL” by Electronic Arts Inc. (“EA”) has been around for quite some time since its release in 1988. One would think that for the most part, all the legal “kinks” would have been addressed and resolved by now involving all the aspects of the game. However, that is far from accurate. With the ever changing and increasingly more advanced graphics involved, issues have come up in recent years and continue today.
