In Fall 2024, Cardozo Life featured Dean Melanie Leslie, who has led the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law since 2015 through a dynamic era of innovation and resilience. Under her leadership, the school has launched new initiatives such as the FAME Center and the Perlmutter Freedom Clinic, expanded experiential learning, and deepened its commitment to public service and academic excellence. Her tenure continues to shape Cardozo’s future as the school approaches its 50th anniversary.
