This 2014 Cardozo Life feature celebrates the achievements of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law students in both national and international moot court competitions. Justin Reiter ’15 and Shanitra Waymire ’15 took first place at the 19th Annual Mardi Gras Sports Law Invitational, earning accolades for oral advocacy and best brief. Meanwhile, Cardozo’s LL.M. teams excelled at the International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Washington, D.C., placing among the top 17 teams and earning honors for Best Oralist and semifinalist rankings. These successes highlight Cardozo’s strong commitment to practical legal training and global legal education.
